In 1984 joined R. T. Vanderbilt Company, Inc. as Sales Manager - Ceramics Department. In 1992 appointed Manager - Minerals Group - July 1, 1998 Vice President - Mineral Sales. In 2001, appointed Vice President and Global Business Manager - Minerals Business.
