Graduated Sacred Heart University 1973 with B.S. in Chemistry. 1984 received M.S. Degree in Chemistry from University of Bridgeport. Joined R. T. Vanderbilt Company, Inc. in 1973 as Analytical Chemist. 1992 became Director of Analytical Service. Appointed Vice President - Research and Development July 1, 1998.

Linda S. Dvornek is the highest ranking female at R.T. Vanderbilt, a chemical company based in Norwalk, as Vice President of Research and Development. Linda is an outstanding chemist, who is responsible for the activities of an innovative team of 28 scientists, and oversees the preparation and filling of several patent applications each year.
