Each Sales Department has a technical Applications Laboratory which can duplicate a customer's operations on a small scale. This enables us to analyze, and offer solutions to, customer problems.

The Research and Development Division supports the Sales Departments by focusing on the needs of the global marketplace. This includes the investigation of new products and processes, the development of analytical methods and technical liaison with our suppliers. The Division’s laboratories are equipped with the latest instrumentation and have the benefit of on-line computer literature searches, patent abstracts and technical documentation.

In addition, Quality Control laboratories are located at each plant to monitor and improve the quality and uniformity of our products.
